Is iOS 9 included Rootless security feature? - iOS 9 Jailbreak possibility

There were rumors that Apple will add a new kernel-level security feature for iOS 9 called Rootless. This was meant to do several different things, including preserve the security of sensitive data on devices, increase the safety of extensions and prevent malware. The feature was forced to make it even more difficult to jailbreak iOS 9. However, Apple did not say anything about it at the WWDC 15.



But we have some good news for jailbreakers who are planning to install iOS 9, Forbes reports that China’s reputed Hacker group called ‘Keen Team’ (also known as K33n Team) are working on an iOS 9 jailbreak for iOS 9 Cydia download.

Liang Chen, one of the member’s of the Keen Team told Forbes that they’re hoping to release their first ever iOS jailbreak tool later this fall. The Keen Team are one of the most famouse hacker teams in the world. They might not have released a jailbreak yet, but they’ve a history of hacking iPhones. They have won over $65K at the 2013 and 2014 Mobile Pwn2Pwn competitions by breaking Apple’s Safari browser.
